Farm To Table Dinner: November 4th

Join us for an evening of food & friends as we welcome Jess and Daniel Ford of Peppercorn Events to Stokes Farm for our Farm to Table Dinner on Sunday, November 4th from 5pm-9pm.

Upon arrival at the farm, guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a wine tasting before selecting wine to purchase to accompany your dinner. The Binaghi family will be your hosts for dinner & dessert, speaking about the history of their seven-generation family farm.

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate menu substitutions or special requests. The menu will be finalized very close to the event date and will be full of farm-fresh Stokes Farm produce.

Your ticket price includes a wine tasting with Tomasello Winery. You will then be able to purchase full bottles of wine at a 20% discount. No outside alcohol is permitted. This is an event for adults 21+ only.

Jess and Daniel Ford, owners of Peppercorn Events, met at The Culinary Institute of America. Jess studied Farm to table cuisine in California, worked on an organic farm in England and traveled to China, Israel and throughout Europe studying food and wine. Daniel’s focus has been on wine, beer, spirits and other beverages. He is pursuing his Level 3 Advanced Sommelier Certification and has worked at 1 and 2 Michelin starred restaurants throughout Manhattan. Peppercorn Events focuses on seasonal ingredients and creates custom menus for each event.
