FARM TO TABLE DINNER

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th

Join us for an evening of food & friends as we welcome chef Daniel Inserra to Stokes Farm for our Farm to Table Dinner on Sunday, September 30th from 5pm-9pm.

Upon arrival at the farm, guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a wine tasting before selecting wine to purchase to accompany your dinner. The Binaghi family, the owners of Stokes Farm, will lead a walking tour of the farm’s hydroponic greenhouse before returning to the farmstand for dinner & dessert.

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate menu substitutions or special requests. The menu will be finalized very close to the event date and will be full of farm-fresh Stokes Farm produce.

Ticket cost is $130 per person.

Tickets to this event are limited to 30 people and must be purchased ahead of time, in person, at the farmstand in Old Tappan. Ticket purchases are limited to 2 per person and must be made with cash or a check.

Your ticket price includes a wine tasting with Tomasello Winery. You will then be able to purchase full bottles of wine at a 20% discount. No outside alcohol is permitted. This is an event for adults 21+ only.

Chef Danny Inserra started his culinary career attending the French Culinary Institute, and after graduating worked at some of New York’s best restaurants- Le Cirque, Raoul’s, Le Cote Basque and David Bouley. It was then he discovered Farmer Ron at the Union Square Greenmarket, and its been a love story ever since! Chef Dan uses Stokes produce every chance he can, it’s his go-to place for herbs and fresh produce. Now living back in his home town, he is the chef at Mickeys Tavern in Pearl River.
