Farm to Table Dinner


Join us for an evening of food & friends as we welcome chef John Karangis of the Union Square Events Group to Stokes Farm for our Farm to Table Dinner on Sunday, August 26th from 5pm-9pm.

Upon arrival at the farm, guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a wine tasting before selecting wine to purchase to accompany your dinner. The Binaghi family, the owners of Stokes Farm, will lead a walking tour of the farm before returning to the farmstand for dinner & dessert.

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate menu substitutions or special requests. The menu will be finalized very close to the event date and will be full of farm-fresh Stokes Farm produce.

TICKETS: Ticket cost is $130 per person. Tickets to this event are limited to 30 people and must be purchased ahead of time, in person, at the farmstand in Old Tappan. Ticket purchases are limited to 2 per person and must be made with cash or a check.

Your ticket price includes a wine tasting with Tomasello Winery. You will then be able to purchase full bottles of wine at a 20% discount. No outside alcohol is permitted. This is an event for adults 21+ only.

Chef Karangis has apprenticed with Chef Andre Daguin and Chef Yves Pinard in Paris, at Restaurant Le Grande Louvre. and has worked alongside Michael Romano and Tom Colicchio in New York. A resident of River Vale, he now oversees all of the culinary vision and programming for Union Square Hospitality Group’s Catering and Events division, Union Square Events.
